Christopher J. Carusso
Founder and CEO
Christopher Carusso is the founder and CEO of Blackwater Investigations and Consulting LLC. A retired federal agent from the Department of Homeland Security, Chris brings over 25 years of elite federal law enforcement experience to the private sector.
Throughout his distinguished, award-winning federal career, Chris has managed multi-agency task forces, conducted hundreds of critical interviews and mastered advanced surveillance techniques. Today he leverages that same federal-level methodology to provide clients, law firms and private individuals with bulletproof evidence, actionable intelligence and absolute discretion.
Chris believes every client deserves nothing less than his absolute best. When he isn’t managing cases, Chris serves at his local church and enjoys spending time with his friends and family.
